Used Hyundai Double Reach Forklifts Inglewood

When the time comes to choose the suitable warehouse truck, it is a good idea to figure out how high you plan to raise your loads, how much you have to lift, how much space you need to work in and how far you want to travel. These factors would influence your purchasing decision and help decipher what forklift truck is the ideal one out there to meet your requirements and meet your whole expectations.

Normal Aisles
Pedestrian stackers are the most inexpensive as these equipment are best utilized in normal width aisles and could complete ordinary warehouse stacking jobs. They could easily raise loads of less than 750kg and could stack them to heights of approximately 4.5 metres. Another kind called rider stackers can successfully raise loads to around 6 metres.

Yet a different choice to consider are reach trucks because they provide much greater load and lift capacities, whereas several models complete with telescopic forks. This feature allows you the ability of stacking pallets two deep. For extra flexibility in goods handling, there is a multi-way and a 4-way reach truck which as the name implies, can be driven in four directions. These models are specifically suitable for handling large and long objects such as planks, boards and piping.

Counterbalance trucks are best suited for traveling longer distance and are a good option for stacking jobs, specially block stacking. They are also an excellent alternative for free stacking and stacking loads which weigh over 2 tonnes.

A Tight Squeeze
If you are working in a high-density storage operation, the aisle space would normally be much narrower and the heights you would want to reach to would likely be a lot higher. Man-up telescopic lift trucks work great in narrow aisle, high-bay stores. They offer the operator or driver a good view of the stacking process. There are also types called man-up combi trucks. These are quite versatile in that they could be utilized for both stacking and order-picking jobs. They could be driven all around the warehouse or utilized in narrow aisles.
