Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers a lot more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish all your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. When both accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been designed and made in order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to position materials in a more precise way. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being developed and designed all the time and would be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory will compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
